Crazy, whirlwind December …
After taking a few days off, I snuck in a few shoots right before new years including a great newborn session on the 31st … and now am getting mentally psyched for an awesome 2011!
I am genuinely sorry for not posting as much as I intended.
Ultimately the tardiness can be justified for the right reasons: I was far busier than I anticipated after only having been open here in Milton since mid October. !!
So… this week, as my shooting schedule is less hectic, I’ll try and grab a few cool teasers and customer print choices from some of the sessions that led up to Christmas.
Today, I just snuck in to the studio to take stock, and plan the admin side of the week ahead …
I ended up fooling a bit with a mental image I had titled “dichotomy”
This is “pumpkin” Mattea. A beautiful miracle I photographed here just a couple days ago.
A more official post from her session will follow in a day or two.
In the mean time: Dichotomy.
…. we have good days, bad days. Good weeks, bad weeks…. good years and difficult ones. We need to remind ourselves that in the moments that seem to push us to the edge … that make us want to scream … there are the moments that balance it all out, where life is good. Our blessings will ALWAYS outweigh the negatives we tend to focus on. We have to remind ourselves of that, and refocus on the good.
have a groovy day y’all!
